Our Story
Alert Energy started in 2014 because we noticed something: the energy industry had plenty of data, but not enough people who truly cared about what that data meant for the folks who own and operate buildings.
Our early work was with some big names -- Westfield Properties, Macy's, and Mandarin Oriental Hotels. Working with these teams taught us that energy consulting is not about ticking boxes. It is about getting the numbers right, understanding what they mean, and helping people make decisions that save money and reduce risk.
We are a data-driven company. Over the years, we have developed tools and processes that make life easier for building operators and managers. We go beyond simple benchmarking and meter data to incorporate information from many sources in buildings, giving our clients a more complete picture of how their properties are performing.
